The first thing we’d recommend is checking to see if you’re logged into your Xfinity account through your device settings.
If you have a Fire TV, Apple TV, iPhone, or iPad, you can find this by going to Settings, scrolling down, and selecting “TV Provider” or “Provider Login” to see if Cartoon Network has access to your Xfinity login. If it does, try turning this off, or logging out of Xfinity entirely on your device. Once you’ve done that, try restarting your app and see if you are able to log in.
If you have any other devices not listed above, you will need to log out and back in again in the Cartoon Network app or website itself, not in your device settings.
Another thing that may be causing this issue is a change to your Xfinity package. You may have been affected by Xfinity’s decision to repackage Cartoon Network to a different tier of service. For issues like this, we recommend reaching out to Xfinity directly to ensure that you have access to this channel as part of your subscription. You can read more about how Cartoon Network was affected by this recent Xfinity package tier change on their website.
Even if you don’t have access via Xfinity, we have free content you can access without a cable subscription. Just click on any episode labelled “Unlocked Episode”!
